Online Ordering FAQs

  • Please place orders 48 hours in advance of your pickup or delivery date and time. If you miss our order cutoff, reach out to our Customer Service Team as occasionally we are able to take on last minute orders.

  • Food and beverage is delivered service-ready with serving utensils and catering tags identifying menu selections and their ingredients. You can purchase additional catering supplies like plates, cups, and cutlery on our platform before checking out.

  • Our platform does not allow us to customize sales tax for individual customers; however, we do honor tax-exempt status. Please email your tax-exempt paperwork to our Customer Service Team and we will refund all sales tax paid to the original method of payment within 1 business day.

  • Our Dispatch Team (201) 528-3925 can be messaged on the day of your order with any issues or questions. Our delivery team will also message the point of contact number on the order with an ETA when the order is en route.

  • Please reach out to our Customer Service Team as soon as you know of a change to your order. We can accommodate many things, but we are far more effective with advance notice. We cannot remove items from your order or cancel items within 48 hours of your pickup or delivery date.

If you need to add on to your order — it’s simple! Just place a second order for the items you are missing, confirm the pickup or delivery service from your original order, and in the “Special Instructions” section of checkout add the Order Number from your original order. Ex. “Please add on to order #412.”

  • In the instance of cancellation, a full refund may be granted for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the date of your pickup or delivery. You can cancel your order by emailing our Customer Service Team. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the pickup or delivery date is not eligible for a refund.

Food can also be donated to our food relief work in lieu of a refund.
