We handle every food and beverage detail. Our menus and service offerings are crafted with intention and expertise. We provide seamless event setup, cleanup, and everything in-between, ensuring you actually enjoy the event you are hosting.
Our Planning Process
Our Event Services are designed for groups of 25 guests or more, and generally our team needs at least 14 days of lead time to bring an event to life. The fastest way to get a comprehensive quote is through our Event Inquiry Form.
If you are looking for catering and have a small group or limited budget, we recommend Order Catering Online, it’s our self-service delivery platform that only requires 48 hours notice.

We love working with clients to create menus and dish concepts that celebrate their culinary heritage or favorite foods while also centering seasonality and sustainable sourcing practices. Please note that incorporating custom menu items into an event generally incurs supplemental food and/or beverage service fees.

Our menus are crafted to be as dietary inclusive as possible and we train our team to be knowledgeable and transparent about menu ingredients. We are always happy to tweak a menu or dish to accommodate dietary needs and we provide detailed labeling.

Yes! Our family style service is designed for a shared meal experience. Menu selections are plated for groups of 4-6 diners to share, making the entire meal accessible no matter where you are seated. No one needs to pass large platters over their fabulous clothes!

Chef Stations are open kitchen stations where our culinary team finishes and assembles small plates or bites for your guests in real time. They are best suited for a cocktail party or floating meal atmosphere.

Yes! As long as your venue does not prohibit this, we are a BYO-friendly company. You can coordinate your wine, beer, and spirits program with our Events Team to ensure that you purchase enough alcohol and that our bar team is properly prepared. You can also pair your alcohol purchases with our Non-Alcoholic Bar package to make sure all the right mixers and garnishes are there.

Yes. We are happy to facilitate serving goods from other vendors. We do ask that these items be clearly labeled and identified to our Events Team prior to the event. Occasionally, the service of food or beverage items from outside vendors may incur supplemental charges.

A successful event relies on the cooperative work of many individuals — some very visible to our clients and other less visible. All the necessary fees required to compensate our professional team equitably are included in your service contract and invoice. We do not include gratuity nor do we believe there is a standard gratuity percentage that can be assigned to all invoices.
If and when a client chooses to include gratuity in their payment, we equitably divide the amount among the entire team that produced your event.

In order to make employment in our company an equal opportunity and avoid prohibitively expensive transport fees, we offer catering services to venues that are accessible to the NYC metro transit system, and we prioritize events in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

Our culinary team works hard to minimize potential food waste at every point of production. We offer styles of food service that help us minimize the amount of food that is left uneaten. We work with community fridges and food pantries in our local neighborhood to rescue and repurpose excess food from our events.

We strive for a renewable solution to nearly every type of “waste” produced by our company’s services. We work with exclusively compostable disposable products and minimize our use of plastics and laminated papers. We work with TerraCycle to separate flexible plastics, latex gloves, laminated papers, and used aluminum foil for special recycling. We work with venues to sort and recycle glass, metal, and paper on-site. We work with Groundcycle to to bag all event compost for pickup at the end of your event. If you’d like to book a TerraCycle zero waste solution box for specific waste elements of your event, we are happy to coordinate that.

If you’ve taken a peek around our site, you’ve probably noticed that we take the environmental and social impact of our company really seriously. It is TRICKY to measure the footprint of a fantastic party — especially if that party changes a little bit every time you throw it!

We prioritize sourcing. Our menus reflect New York’s regional foodshed and our commitment to working with biodiverse farms, docks, and small producers who steward their ecosystem.
When we style your event, we lean on our studio of props and tools created by values-aligned makers. From our enamelware collection to the aprons on our team members, we prioritize renewable solutions for every food and beverage service.
We carefully measure the real and potential waste streams created by your event and recycle or mitigate as many as we can.
We work hard to divert our leftover ingredients into community food rescue outlets, upcycling the excess from events into meals for our neighbors.
For all these reasons (and more!) our events are the most responsible party we can throw — every time we throw it.
